TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning art from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:Payment and Commission Process:
_{Currently, I only accept payment through PayPal. There is a transaction fee, which will be added to your invoice on top of the commission price. Please keep that in mind when buying from me.
I take payment after the initial sketch. We will decide on what will be drawn, and I will send you a basic sketch for your approval. You can make changes if needed, and then pay via PayPal. I won't continue working until full payment (or partial payment, with bigger pieces) is received. I will send you work-in-progress (WIP) images to keep you updated on the progress of the artwork. You can request changes during this stage, but major changes may not be possible when it's almost done.}Usage of Finished Commission:
_{You can re-upload and use the finished commission for non-commercial and non-profit purposes, as long as proper credit is given. However, you cannot claim the artwork as your own. Please do not use my art for any commercial or profit-making activities}Alterations to Artwork:
_{You are not allowed to significantly alter the artwork without my explicit permission. Smaller edits or cropping are acceptable.}Refunds and Cancellations:
_{If there are any difficulties, or I'm taking too long and can't finish the piece, I will cancel your commission and give you a full refund. However, once payment is made, there will be no refunds unless I cannot complete the artwork. Please be sure before commissioning me. I will not accept refunds otherwise.}Acceptance of Commissions:
_{I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. This includes if I'm not comfortable drawing what you ask for, or if I'm unable to take the commission at that time.}Art Progress and Posting:
_{I always show art progress to my Patreon subscribers, and after the piece is done, I upload it to my social media accounts. If you prefer that I don't publish it or be marked as "anonymous," you must specify this beforehand. Final decision on posting artwork to Arcreuz accounts will be left to me unless specifically agreed upon otherwise.}Additional Characters and Complexity:
_{If you'd like your commission to include a character of mine, I won't charge an additional character fee. However, I may refuse depending on the context. If a character design is too complex, I will simplify it.}Prices:
_{Prices listed below are base prices, which will increase depending on the complexity of the piece and character design. Currently, a maximum of three characters per commission are allowed. Payment must be made after sketch approval. All prices are in USD and must be paid through PayPal invoice.}Revisions:
